Indigo Ranch owner and founder is a hands-on leader with skills and personal experience in all aspects of behavioral care treatment from admissions to operations and business development.

Kimberly has built a national reputation  through practical training and gained expertise as a start up specialist by working with nationally recognized addiction treatment centers including Cliffside Malibu, UCLA's Summit Centers, Cirque Lodge,  Passages Malibu, and is the current co-Owner and Founder of The Pointe Malibu since 2008.  

Kimberly’s real passion is serving her clients and carrying the message of recovery. Since re-opening Indigo Ranch as the sole owner, she oversees all daily operations, nonetheless Kimberly finds the most joy and satisfaction in providing support in recovery, teaching Yoga Nidra, jamming in the recording studio, and helping to create masterpieces in the kitchen with our residents.  

Introducing Preston Scott, our dedicated Program Director here at Indigo Ranch Malibu. With a heartfelt commitment to aiding others and deep involvement in the Los Angeles recovery scene, Preston brings invaluable experience and enthusiasm to our team. He is genuinely excited to contribute to the vibrant energy at Indigo Ranch Malibu.

In addition to his role as Director, Preston actively sponsors individuals in recovery and boasts extensive experience within the Southern California treatment community. His diverse interests include hiking, surfing, cliff jumping, tennis, golf, as well as finding solace in fellowship, attending AA meetings, and following college football.

Preston's multifaceted background and unwavering dedication make him an integral part of our community, guiding and supporting individuals on their journey to recovery at Indigo Ranch Malibu.

Our dedicated  Director of Operations at Indigo Ranch Malibu Recovery Retreat, Candi Santillan is committed to establishing a supportive and nurturing environment for individuals navigating their recovery journey. Candi studied Industrial Engineering at CESUN in Baja California and brings a compassionate approach to assisting residents in maintaining a healthy and structured lifestyle. Devoted to helping clients transition through their new journey and overall well-being, she  considers it an honor to contribute to the journey toward lasting recovery for residents.

Anna is Indigo Ranch’s overnight manager, lives onsite, and is available to guests for after hour emergencies.  Anna received her CADC II in 2004 from University of California, Los Angeles where she was awarded a Drug and Alcohol Counseling certificate from UCLA (CADC-1 & CADC-II) and has been trained in and co-facilitates Process Groups. She has worked for over 20 years successfully supporting well-known Malibu treatment centers to expand, create and oversee international continuing care, manage clinical and administrative staff, specialize in organizational restructuring, assisting operations and supporting clinical services, as well as assuming the role of Program Director at one of the nations most recognized co-occurring treatment programs in Malibu. This vast experience and working knowledge of dual-diagnosis treatment makes her beyond qualified to serve as the overnight manager for Indigo Ranch Malibu. Above all, Anna finds her greatest satisfaction in helping to change lives for the better.

Christopher is a dedicated professional with a passion for helping the "new comer" and supporting individuals on their journey to sobriety.  With many years of personal experience in his own recovery and a deep understanding of the application of the 12-steps, Christopher brings a great personality and enthusiasm to his role at Indigo Ranch Malibu.

As a business development expert, Christopher is committed to expanding the reach and impact of Indigo Ranch. He believes in the power of collaboration and fostering strong relationships within the community. 

Christopher understands the challenges faced by those in recovery and the importance of a strong support network. With compassion and empathy, Christopher is dedicated to providing guidance and encouragement to individuals navigating their own path to sobriety.

By building strong relationships within the community, he aims to create opportunities for collaboration, support, and resources, ultimately enhancing the recovery journey for individuals seeking assistance.

Maria is the dedicated, full-time housekeeper and organizer at Indigo Ranch. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating a clean, comfortable, and organized environment, Maria plays a vital role in maintaining the serene atmosphere of the property.

Her meticulous approach to cleanliness and hygiene creates a safe and hygienic space for residents and guests.  Additionally, Maria excels in house organization, ensuring that no detail goes unnoticed.  By paying attention to the unique needs and of the individuals at Indigo Ranch, she creates an environment that promotes comfort and well-being.

Maria's dedication to her role extends beyond her daily tasks. With a warm and friendly demeanor, she is always ready to lend a helping hand and provide support to guests and staff alike. Her caring nature and attention to detail contribute to the overall positive experience of those at Indigo Ranch.

Bruce is our talented music engineer at the on-site music studio. With a wealth of music industry expertise and years into his own sobriety, Bruce brings a unique blend of technical skill and personal insight to his role.

As a music engineer, Bruce's passion for music is infused into every project he works on. With a keen ear for sound quality and a deep understanding of music production techniques, he ensures that each recording and production session at the on-site music studio is of the highest caliber.

But Bruce's journey goes beyond his technical abilities. Having embarked on his own recovery journey, he understands the transformative power of music as a means of expression, healing, and self-discovery. Bruce's personal experiences have given him a unique perspective on the role of music in recovery, making him a valuable asset to the Indigo Ranch team.

His immense music industry expertise combined with his personal recovery journey allows him to connect with individuals on a profound level. Bruce's presence in the music studio goes beyond technical support; he brings empathy, understanding, and encouragement to every session, creating a safe and creative space for individuals to explore their musical talents and find healing through music.
